Computer is freezing and restarting on me again, have error message though

<p>Im getting constant freezing and restarting while playing eq2 its getting really bad.. when i started my computer up it said a serious problem has occured i went into info and it gave me this </p><p>C:DOCUME~1JUSTIN~1LOCALS~1TempWER5228.dir00Mini081 507-01.dmp</p><p>C:DOCUME~1JUSTIN~1LOCALS~1TempWER5228.dir00sysdata .xml</p><p>if anyone knows why it would show these 2  files let me know thanks</p>
