I took a look at the heal proc % of Natural Boon tonight after the patch and it reads a 32% chance to heal 312 points. I have 8 points in that skill.

Is it just me or wasn't the % chance higher before today?

Stealth nerf or am I confused? And yes I know the last update lowered the heal amount and upped the % chance to proc.

Any input?

hmm wasnt it 16% before LU37 and after that they raised it to 32% and lowered the heal amount by 40% if it has been over 32%, that i havent noticed.... but then again, not played too much with my warden lately it surely procced like with every other swing thou... maybe it was bugged? (or did not work like intended ---> was too good) ++Xan

Im pretty sure it was never more than twice the amount of the original proc % ... But i have seen examine windows read wrong information from time to time .... Maybe it was doing that when you read it before this last update???

I don't know. What I do know is that I posted in another thread here very recently that the proc % was stated as a strait % not a 1.8 times per minute rating and that at the time mine was about 33%. And that was without it being maxed out at the time.

Perhaps I'm simply insane but perhaps not.

I know things like Luck of The Dirge and Blessings can change proc % on some things. Maybe you had a dirge/templar with you when you looked and it was 33?

Nope, no Luck of the Dirge. Maybe a Templar buff.

I dunno, apparently I'm insane. Anyway, I PM'd a couple of Devs and have yet to get a response about it.

Prior to GU37 you got 2% chance to proc per point spent, capping out at 16% chance. (I had this line on my fury and respec'd off becuz the 16% was so low as to be useless.)

After GU37 you got a 4% chance to proc per point spent, capping out at 32% chance. (My warden sometimes doesn't even need to heal herself when fighting orange solo mobs becuz it procs so much now.)

No problem found, nothing to see. Move along.
