Donwloading cancelled

The game can't finish downloading for some unknown reason - a "download canceled" message appears - I restart it and the same keeps happening. Already tried the administrator thing and it doesn't work.... I'm running windows xp, zone alarms' firewall and NOD32 anti virus software Help please?
