Hi all. I just bought EoF and am trying to return to Norrath but when I try to log in, after it seems like everything has downloaded, it stops and says "Download cancelled' right underneath the download status bar. Anyone else experiencing this? Oh and i'm running Vista.

What you will want to do is right click on the desktop icon for EQ2 and select properties. Go to compatibility and check run this program in compatibility mode for. Leave it in the default of XP service pack 2. Click apply and then ok. After this is done right click on your desktop icon and select the run as administrator option.

Thanks for the reply but it effected no change at all. It's still cancelling for some reason. Any other suggestions?

Are the servers up and operating normally? If not, this could be my issues I guess. And is there even a phone number for support for this product? I tried both the email and chat support options and both seem to be down.

Servers are up and running normally. The other option I can think of is your UAC could be causing a problem. You may want to try turning that off for testing as well as any other firewall running. The vista compatibility fix should have taken care of firewall problems though. Here is our phone support number if you need to call us for more in-depth assistance, <span style="font-size: 12pt; font-family: "Times New Roman"">+1.858.537.0898, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding most holidays
