As a Raiding Ranger, I am currently aiming for either the Bazkul or Ichorstrand bow, and the Ranger Relic Armor, as well as good jewelry. But that's enough of that, onto my main point.

My main interest at the moment is aiming for attack speed mods, +DPS mods, etc. Some +Crit would be nice, but not my main priority. At any rate, I was just wondering about which types of items/adornments/etc. had these stacks, and if anyone knew if a formula was attached, as well as some good items that have these stats attached to them. Any help would be great!

Only your best +haste item will count towards haste, but a +2 haste item will stack with it (I've been told multiple +2 haste adornments won't stack with each other, though). If you were curious, I believe haste's (and likely DPS's) "1:1 point" on the diminishing returns curve for it is at 67. In other words, more haste than your "real" amount below 67, less than "real" amount above 67. Your "best haste item" WILL stack with +haste abilities and +haste from procs. Both have a hard cap of 200, which would put you at 125% haste/dps boost. +Crit items all seem to stack with each other. Also, I'm 99.9% sure crit %s aren't on a diminishing returns system. +DPS mods I have no idea of the stacking rules... I haven't actually come across enough items that add passive +DPS mods to even have to think about it before now. Only things I can think of are the +10dps neck adornment and I think one of the Ivy-Shrouded questline rewards, and MAYBE the odd weapon or two. Sorry I couldn't be of more help here. Summary: Haste (attack speed) and +DPS are on diminishing returns curves, Crit %s I think aren't, multiple passive haste items won't stack with each other but will with abilities and haste procs and such, DPS mods I'm not sure about.

You can stack a 10dps ranged slot adornment with a 10dps neck slot adornment.

Allegedly the 2% haste adornments will stack as well (neck and waist) but imo 10dps > 2% haste anyway

The final reward item from the DeathToll access quest is a bracelet / neck slot item that has a nice amount of haste on it and has some good stats as well - be careful if you adorn it though because one you adorn it it will be locked to only that adornment slot until you remove that adornment. The only two dps adornments you have available to you are the neck slot and the bow slot.

The Marr diety cloak of Valor has a nice DPS proc, which procs quite often. There is the buckler of the Howler from Freethinkers as well (don't remember if this is passive dps buff or a proc). There is always the imbued ring of agility that procs haste until you find a better ring.

I think the only things in the game that I've seen that actually help ranged crits are the MoA neck piece, and the +1% ranged crit adornments for your hands (T6) and waist (T7).

Possibly a search in the ranger forum might give you better ideas for that gear as well.

The Buckler of the Howler buff is a proc.

As was said above, the DT access bracelet is probably your best bet for haste. There are a few pieces higher, such as Mistmore's Cloak from Mayong in MMIS and the Belt of Manifestations from the Avatars, but Mayong's cloak would make you give up the bonuses from a deity cloak (valor or zek) and the melee crit on it would better serve a melee dps. I assume you aren't quite to the point of pulling avatars. If for some reason you are having trouble getting the access quest completed and happen to see Yelinak's Tailsman drop off Tarinax that would be another option to wear on your wrist assuming you have your Mark for your neck slot. For DPS everything stacks as long as it isn't a proc with the same name (ex. proc Savagery II). Good pieces are Shadow Strider Boots from Zylphax the Shredder in FTH. He also drops the Buckler of the Howler with the +25 DPS proc as well as a nice helm. The Ivy-Shrouded Earing of Tunare can be quested for and will give another 7 DPS. If you can kill any Mayong the final fabled reward for the Swords of Destiny quest series gives a dw rapier with 5 DPS. This will be more useful when they take away ranged procs like the Kilji and 628 next game update. You will want to get the two +10 DPS adorns for sure. One goes on your bow and the other on your neck. I wouldn't really worry about the +2 haste adornments. There are better things you can get from adornments. The two +1% crit adorns for gloves and belt are definitely worth getting. The gloves one is fabled T7 and the belt is fabled T6.As for other gear... Nemesis shoulders, pants, hood and gloves are better then the respective relic parts. The Armguards of Dread from the last guy in Lyceum are nice as well. If you are raiding EoF the legendary random dropped Chaos-etched Mantle are really nice for legendary (str, agi, and int). I wouldn't worry about relic boots and get the legendary set boots from OOB instead. Those could be replaced by the Shadow Strider Boots I mentioned above or even the Clawed Basilisk Boots from Fitzpizzle. Nature's Gloves of the Stalker from Sarik on the first floor of EH are great gloves to have. If you can't get those you could loot or buy Duthar's Dark-Link Gloves (sp?) from Nizara. Hope this helps. Edit: Oh, I sent you a PM yesterday if you hadn't seen it.
