Prob with login after digi download

Just download EoF expansion off the website and now it's telling me I have an invalid username and password. What in the world can I do?

Keeps saying login Rejected?? What have I done wrong?? I got the day off from work and want to play this asap.

The servers are being patched today.  Always seem to happen when you take a day off work.. should be done in 1-2ish hours.
