Level command?

There is a +50% experience bonus active on test server (you can choose to disable it if you want) but, to have a character you must level it yourself.  PvE Test Server has been intended as a stable community of testers, so that the devs have a source of people who are interested in testing instead of just logging on for 15 minutes each Test Update to check out changes to that persons own class. However, they have been using PvP Test Server as a testing ground that can be freely purged.  Previously, they've done this with the KoS Class Achievement revamp and beginning the Dual Wield Changes by spawning a Beta Buffer in the Sinking Sands.
