I need some aa asstiance. BADLY I want to be a great healer, but I also want to be able to be able to solo. My dad suggested i go in Renewal, and the wisdom tree. Come to find out, I couldn't solo. I currently I have 48 aa points. If some1 could really help me figure out to do that'd be awesome. I do want the wisdom in the wisdom tree tho.

My warden is about the best soloer I have. I am melee specced. Max out the CAs and take the melee crit chance from the EoF tree. Then max out the strength line from the KoS tree. Put 8 points into the melee heal proc and 7 points into double attack, and you will also be able to max out another line when you have enough AA (wisdom if you want, but agility or stamina are better matches for strength) . You will find that the CA's cast fast, leaving you plenty of time to heal. Also, you will do a large amount of healing with that proc on the strength line. I frequently find that I only have to do a bare minimum of healing above and beyond the proc, it's that good.

'Nother question, I want to get my 8 wis off the bat, is the full wisdom tree worth it? or should i just get my 8 wis and go into another tree?

IMO I would ignore the Wisdom line all together. For solo I prefer maxing out both STA and STR lines. Melee is more enjoyable for me and the heal proc is great. The CAs let you mow through solo mobs fairly easily. The STA line will give you the higher heal crit chance (serine focus?) that will help you for both solo and grouping.

If you are looking to use the Wis line just to get the extra wisdom I think your AA's are better spent elsewhere. There is a lot of wisdom gear out there and if played right you should never run out of power. Raiding is the only time I ever come close.

Going STA/INT is also a good choice to up your solo ability as well if you arent looking for a melee healer, can still shell out some decent numbers and you wont lose your heroic solo ability (root and nuke) when you run into nameds. Personally i prefer caster spec over melee spec.

Over level 50...Velugor is absolutely right, there is plenty of WIS gear out there, and your points are better spent elsewhere. Under 50 (or so), although there are things with decent WIS on them, I'd still take the at least some points in beefing up your WIS (I like having 8, frankly) in the Druid WIS line first choice.

I do agree that the entire WIS line isn't very helpful, and that STR/STA is the best setup for a melee Warden. That said, even if you solo, you should have SOME ability to solo heal a group, and IMO that includes having the best power pool you can...which is WIS. Then if you take the other lines, you'll have the heal crits you need, and still be able to solo well.

Once you get into Desert of Flames and Kingdom of Sky Loot drops and gear, Velu is absolutely correct. WIS on those items increases exponetially from the Original game loot.

My 2!

Put it this way, until you hit the WIS cap which is 510, you will get 5 power for each WIS point. So if you dump 8 points into 40 WIS you will get 200 extra power. So if 8 points is worth 200 extra power then go for it, if not then spen it elsewhere
