Alternate models?

I know that there are alternate models, known as SOGA models for the game. The people I play with mostly have these turned on, so we see different models which can be kind of confusing. Now, it wouldn't be so bad if I could just turn these alternate models on and then off again if I didn't like them, but the problem is that I can't turn them on! When I go to the "alternate models" tab in options, all the buttons are grayed out, and it tells me that I have to download the models first, but how on Earth do I do that? It doesn't download them automatically apparently, and I have searched for a download place on google, but to no avail. Does anyone know how to activate these models?

I am just guessing here, but my guess would be to go into your Preferences on the launcher and under Optional Download tick off the box beside "Additional Live Game Content" and it should download some additional files, if I recall it's about an hour download or so on broadband.

<p>last time i had to turn mine on i did it from inside the game. just go to options. it will let you turn each race on or all at once (if i remember correctly) you have to check the box to turn them on. then i think it advises you to relog.</p><p>dont remember the details but im sure its done from inside game.</p>

Once you have it downloaded, you can switch back and forth as you like.
