I was thinking this over, and with the change from DW to 2 1h weapons coming, is there going to be a way to get equal timed weapons? My thought was that the closest you could get would be a 2.5 delay weapon in your off hand, and a 3 sec delay in your primary. Here's how I see it: First the weapon in the off hand will have a 1.33 delay factor to it( is this still the case?) so 2.5 * 1.33 = 3.325 actual delay with 0 haste So if you were at 100% haste your delays would look like this: 3 * .5 = 1.5 for the primary 3.325 * .5 = 1.66 for the secondary With your haste maxed at 125% it does get closer: New delay = delay * .5 - ((delay *.5) * .25) (Is this the correct formula?) Which comes out to 1.13 for your primary 1.25 for the secondary Basically I'm just throwing this out for people that are interested in which weapons will allow them to max their dps, while still using their CAs.

A few other examples:

1.6 delay in mainhand (calamities, Fist of Marr, a multitude of others), 1.2 delay in offhand (scepter of destruction, Bonetooth Skewer). 1.2*1.33 = 1.596. Difference in delay = 0.004 seconds - and that's before haste, which ought to cut that in half.

2.5 delay in main hand (Fists of Bashing, Soulfire Kama) 1.9 delay in offhand (Chokidai Baton, Fists of Pain): 1.9*1.33 = 2.527. Difference in delay: 0.027 seconds, again before haste.

I have not yet considered other setups than those two, but that's just me. As I'm working with about 100% haste, and the agi line to reduce CA use time to precisely 0.81 second, the high-dr calamity and the Scepter of Destruction looks like the best options for me just now. I have no doubt that the inclusion of single-hand hammers and the like will introduce even longer delay weapons into the considerations.
