Where is the LVl 20 shadowknight mount located?

I was wandering around Northen Freeport and I couldn't find the mount spell anywhere can someone help me out with some directions? Thanks!

go to west freeport, freeport militia house all GOOF spells are found on the shadowknight trainer there, same goes for any class your app 2s of all spells/cas are found on your trainer including goof effects.

Unfortunately, its only a 10% speed increase, but hey, it IS better than walking >8=)
