new starting city ??

With the new expansion coming, is the new starting city good or evil ? or wil be one of each? Right now we have 2 for each, am i correct???

So far, the developers haven't been able to 100% decide if the Sarnaks and the city of Gorowyn will be evil or Neutral.  Yes. Neutral.
