Self buffed, with Master 1, and a haste 23 (Amulet of the Foresworn), I run about 129 haste. Is there anyone else that is running a significant amount higher (>10) than this? I know Cloak of Flames can give 2 more haste (nill), and I am not including proc items, but was wondering if I was missing something that will give me more?

Mistmoore's cloak gives 30 haste (and 2% to all crits). You can also get a whopping 2% haste belt adornment.

There is a set of t7 shoulders Armwraps of dark and blight or some such that gives 10 Haste.

Last I check haste on different items didn't stack. I'd say the highest haste self you can get it with either the 30% attack speed belt and adorn or mistmoore cloak. Also keep in mind if you go to LP at night its 10% more haste so that would be around 148? (guessing)

As a non-raiding monk, using adept III Everburning Blaze and Master I Quiescent Blessing/Swift Calm, using the Cloak of Flames, I can hit 126% self buffed. The acrylia band of agility also procs for another 23% in-combat, for a total of 149% self-buffed haste potential.I don't think it is possible to get too much higher than this. Another 5% from a haste item (30 is max right now) and Everburning Blaze Master I would add at most another 10% haste, which indicates 136% is around the maximum for any monk self-buffed. The last I heard, the haste adornments do not stack with other item haste buffs.

My monk is currently at 129 mod. I have the DT access bracelet (23%) and I dont have the 2% adornment. So I could get it up to 148% if I got the 30% cloak, the adornment and the fabled set (+10%). I suppose that is also the maximum for self buffed monk. Plus any procs of course...

I'm not sure if these are still accurate, but from patch notes #29: Haste and DPS Mods - Haste and DPS are now shown as a modified score instead of a percentage. - The Haste and DPS mods can be increased to a rating of 200 - Haste and DPS mods also use a diminishing returns curve to determine the amount of attack speed and DPS modification. This is a 125% modification when reaching the 200 point capped value. - The values for most DPS and Haste spells have been increased slightly.

The highest self-buffed haste a monk could get (including procs) is 196 haste.

This would be:

All self buffs Master 1: 106 haste

High End haste item: 30 haste

Adornments: 4 haste (2 for belt and 2 for neck... though you'd be crazy to get haste on neck instead of DPS)

Full Fabled Set Bonus: 10 haste

Crafted Agility Ring(proc): 23 haste

Battlerager Helm(proc): 23 haste

So, if you adorned yourself fully for haste, and had all the haste items and procs you could, this would be your haste... to effectively use the Battlerager Helm and 7 set bonus you would need to only switch in your set helm before you casted your offensive stance.
