Nice Info. Loeke look at the item pics and their name and class description they are both red so those are most certainly linked items.

Wow after seeing those stats they are nice for a Fury but I am highly dissapointed that there is no STR at all. They give us all these CA's and 75% crit lines and then give our end game armor with only casting stats? Int doesnt help me hit things harder. This makes me a Sadpanda!

Maybe they should have like an NPC you can turn in pieces of the fabled set gear you get that will change any INT to STR and some of the set effects. Kinda to keep both worlds of the warden community happy. It would make sense because the options they give us to go one way or the other. Only would seem logical to give us gear at high end to suit our needs. Otherwise they should had never made melee is a viable spec, but they did so I say we should get gear that pads it.

Veedublya
08-17-2007, 02:41 PM
True, but there is a decent amount of monk/bruiser STR gear that druids can use, so even tho the actual EoF set doesn't have STR on it there is still a good amount available. Even though im not melee spec'd I have still saved up a set of STR gear from raiding in case i decide to go that route.

Does that gear come with WIS on it? If it doesnt that'd be a ridiculous way to kill your power pool. Plus its kinda the point of getting into a raiding guild, defeating boss mobs, and all the happiness that goes along with that feeling of completing a set. WoW adjusted in a lot of ways to making different sets to fit the player. For instance paladin sets out of raiding zones fit the healer paladin (only type that exists anymore pretty much) but the PvP set fit the Melee bash your face in pally. Now I hate WoW because the game is just boring to an extreme after doing everything besides their newest content but atleast they gave ya options for set armor.

edit** By the way I'm not intending to be rude if thats how its sounding. I have no knowledge about level 70 gameplay or loot besides what I see here hehe. I just so far have not seen a very good combo of str/wis on..well..anything at all lol.

Your correct, this isnt much str/wis gear out atm, but when you hit 70 and the wis cap (510 wis) diminishing returns will hit you hard and wis wont affect your power pool much, you then start looking for STR with decent power to it instead of wis.

There are plenty of ways to get your dmg up to respectable lvls. As far as str gear in higher lvls , the kos gear is definatley better. I have a few nice peices but ive seen better out there. And i figure when im in a group getting str buffs, and i examine the tank and see my str at about 100 over theirs... Soe has definately given us the means to boost our str if so desired.
