No Woodworking Station at Gnomeland Security?

I've made the circuit a few times and I don't see a carpentry station at Gnomeland Security in Steamfont. Am I just missing it or was that left out? All the others seem to be present including two of Workbenches. At first I was looking for arrows, but no bowyer and then thought I'd do a WO while I waited for my group, but no station...
