Title is a test of a tongue strength. I'm rather annoyed that none of the shields I can make are actually equippable by me. I can make and wear platemail, yet I can't actually wear any of the shields I craft. I'm only level 20 Armorsmith, so if this changes, let me know, but if not... total disappointment.

I think you will continue to be disappointed. I believe Wood Workers make the shields for priests and scouts. I guess wearing all that plate means you don't have enough strength to lift a decent shield! Or maybe having a metal shield would make your healing rusty? BTW, Wood Workers are disappointed too, as they used to make all the shields.

Also alot of the time you don't want a shield anyway because a symbol or Totam may give you better stats for that slot then a shield would... Also I think the only "shield" priests can carry is a buckler.

There are a few dropped round shields that priests can equip, but they are few and far between (in my experience). At level 70 I've only seen 1 linked /shrug.

and ewwwww to using symbols and totems in that slot =). (personal preference).
