Vista Business.... Download Cancelled

<p>I have windows Vista Business and the patcher wont download itll analyze the files but when it starts to download it cancels. I Turn off the firewall and turned my internet options security way down and still it wont download. What am i missing? What do i need to turn off so that I can get eq2 to patch? </p>
