problems with chat window

dont know if this goes here. but lately i have been havening problems with my chat window being closed by default with one of my characters. have to open it manually every time i log in. anyone know how to fix this?

If it doesnt bug you to do this, do a /load_uisettings and pick one of the toons that isnt broken to copy from. It should fix it.
