A little more information about the 403 error people are seeing. Due to some IP restrictions we are getting reports of this affecting people. I understand this has affected some of our regular customer's with not being able to get to their subscription pages or any other page that requires the use of billing information. This is not a permanent thing and we are working on how to address these issues properly. If you need to contact us about starting your account back up or cancel or to just update your credit card please use the following number to contact our phone support, Telephone: +1.858.537.0898, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday, excluding most holidays You should still be able to use our email support by going to <a rel="nofollow" href="http://station.sony.com/kb" target="_blank">http://station.sony.com/kb</a> and clicking on the email tab on that page. I really do apologize about the difficulties that you all may be experiencing with the billing pages. Unfortunately I really don't know yet when we will have a more permanent solution in place, but will do my best to post something when we know more. We are looking to track this more so if you are getting the 403 error please PM with your station name, IP address, ISP provider and location.
