problem with patcher/updateing

<p> i m returning to the game after a break but however</p><p>my patcher isnt downloading updates</p><p>i installed the client of my KoS dick (i dont have EoF)</p><p>it scans the files alright</p><p>under the Updating/play button theres a link that says Download</p><p>how ever the only file it downloads when i click this is 'eq2_keymap_UnintedStates.lnl'</p><p>im running on vista if that makes a differnce</p><p> thanks</p><p>Cheesefish Runnyeye</p>

<p>Vista - thats your problem <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" /></p><p>You need to run EQ2 as an administrator for it to be able to download everything (Vista security is a bit annoying like that).</p>

The only way I could make it work on my vista, was to disable the UAC. Give that a try until you find another less risky method that works.
