Drop down menus crashing EQ2

I've had this issue for a few weeks now and was hoping it would just go away through updates. Using any UI (including default) my drop down menus are crashing my EQ2. There is no specific message, just that there was an error and it has to close. Any drop down menu in the game will cause this to happen. I haven't been able to find anyone with a similar issue but was hoping I could find some help here. Any suggestions please let me know, thanks!

Sounds like it might be something in your UI Folder. I would rename the UI folder to UIHOLD and just patch the game. It will recreate the folder and copy all the files back
