on Runnyeye after mini-update this morning

Since the server came back after the little update this morning, I'm seeing things like <T4::Broker::T4>, it does this with titles and the chat channels which I now cannot enter, and it's the same on my husbands account too.  So is it the update or are others getting this too?  It's kind of lonely without the chat...

Since i'm newbie, i'm concerned with a simple doubt. Is it safe to play with the T4::***********::T4 problem? Admin or Tech please answer. Splitpaw Server.

Yes same prob here on Splitpaw. Also, I couldn't join the lvl 11-19 chat channel and then main chat wasn't available at all. It was stuck on combat chat.

Looks like a problem with the localization.

I'm having it too, using the english client so I doubt it's a localization issue. Anyway, it seems to be some sort of object marker that's not being interpreted by the client. All names (items, places, NPCs) have T4 tags before and after them (T4:name:T4). They seem to be functioning normally for the most part, I can use the broker and bank etc. I havent tried joining any chat channels since I've only been on my bank/storage alts today...

Everyone in my guild had the same problem on Runnyeye. No chat channels available and T4 around everything.

Perhaps they decided that we Europeans all talk too much <img src="/smilies/283a16da79f3aa23fe1025c96295f04f.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />  If they still haven't fixed it, tonight is going to be very lonely.  Ah well, my crafting should improve some then since I won't be trying to type instead of combating the reaction arts.

<p>This is my concern. It feels like either the T4:: is some sort of preamble to enable certain character sets or that someone has done a find and replace on the DBMS behind our server(s). It's effecting items as well as titles.</p><p>If it's the latter we could be in the realm of server rollback /shudder. Be nice to know categorically one way or the other.</p><p>The Loon(tm)</p>

If they did have to rollback it would only be to just before the server was patched this morning, wouldn't it?  I hope...
