whats the best class for this?

I was looking for a class that can solo really well, with at least a little healing. It doesnt have to be a really good healer, but just something that can heal a couple hitpoints while dealing out damage.

Fury.

Bruiser, Monk, SK, Necro. Fury is fine too, but is essentially a healer with good damage capabilities. Quite a few of the healers can now pump out some dps with the right aa points allocated.
