Fury portal quest

Hello I was wondering where you start the fury portal quest, at what level, and perhaps if anyone knows what the name of the quest is. Thanks.

start lvl 25, talk to an NPC in Healer building opposite Mage building in N Freeport if you are Fp based, I assume its a similar NPC in a simliar location if you are in other cities. Can't remember the quest name but its pretty obvious which one it is - she is on the left as you walk through the door.
