Ok, what I noticed was Superior Riposte dropping before I got hit while I was only autoattacking. Sometimes it dropped immediately and sometimes after several seconds. And like I said, I didn't use any CA's. But I believe that as Tranquil Vision gives me a chance to prevent an attack with my avoidance, it checks the Superior Riposte first and thus it is consumed. I think that this needs to be changed so that Superior Riposte doesn't fire with Tranquil Vision. Bah, NVM, looks like this skill doens't work on indirect AE's anymore so they might as well keep it this way. Sigh.
