Greetings all,

So this may be a very foolish question, but generally speaking I prefer the crafitng area in Nek vs the crafting areas in Freeport. My new alchemist, upon reaching level 20, picked...well alchemy however the vendor in StoneStair did not have any recipe books past lvl 19 for me.

So knowing that all of my other crafters just by their 20+books from the same NPC that supplied them with the 1-19 recipe books, I figured I would run my alchemist to Nek and simply craft there. Upon getting there I was faced with the same problem. No recipe books past lvl 19.

Just wondering if this is a citizenship issue (as all of my other crafters are Nek citizens, while my alch is a Freeportian? Or is this normal faire for alchs that have to get their books elsewhere? Again, sorry for the noobish questions.

Are you SURE you've actually finalized your crafting class as Alchemist? I've had no problems finding my 20-50 essentials pages on the Crafting Trainer in Neriak. Also, as an Alchemist, there is an Alchemist vendor in the Down Under you can also check for your 20-50 pages. Check on those three things. You shouldn't have an issue finding your pages so long as you've actually chosen Alchy as your craft by speaking with the Crafting Trainer.

Well, I did have the window pop up, and I picked Alchemy, and the vendor is not giving me the dialogue to pick again....in hindsight I really should have done a camp/relog, as it did seem like a bit of a bug. I will try the alchemy vendor if all else fails. Thanks again.

Double check in your Persona window that you're actually level 20. You can pick your subclass and still need to make a combine to ding 20... and you can't see the T3 books until you're actually in T3.
