Samirah's Mirror changed?

Didn't see it in the update notes, anyone else notice you can now only use Samirah's mirror from Maj'Dul, POF and Poet's?  Kind of a big change to go in unanounced isn't it?  Or am I misremembering?  I could swear I've used it from Qeynos.

I've NEVER been able to use my mirror except in DoF zones. It was and is very annoying to have to zone into SS just to use my mirror but it's always been that way as long as I've had my mirror which has been for at least 6 months now.

The mirror you have always had to use from DoF zones. The rug you can use from your room. That may be what you are thinking about.

You could never use the mirror from anywhere other than outland DoF zones.

Its a reward you get part way through the poets access quest (or perhaps for completing, DoF was a long time ago). You place it in your room and when used it ports you directly to shimmering citedal in the tower opposite the entrance to PP.

recast timer only applies to people in the house when the rug is used. no recast timer if you wait outside until the rug is used, then go in the house.
