Patcher downloads files to Desktop.

<p>Hi all, first of all sorry because I'm sure you'll have answered this already but I can't find any topic about it, so If you can link me to one I'll appreciate it.</p><p>My problem is that both my girlfriend and I bought the All-in-one pack from D2D, and mine installs and runs just fine but her patcher (after logging in) is downloading everything to the desktop instead of her EverQuest 2 Folder, so when the files stop downloading the patcher can't find them on the EQ 2 folder so It starts patching again, and never stops.</p><p>If anyone could give me a solution I'd be very grateful, many thanks in advance.</p>

I think this may be caused by having the launcher on your desktop rather than a shortcut to the launcher on your desktop. Make sure the laucher is actually in the right directory (i.e. the everquest 2 directory).

If you've got yours installed and patched you can just copy your folder to her PC.  She then just logs in creating her account and voila all sorted.
