Harvesting question

 Has turquoise been made a rare drop?  I am only getting 1 turquoise for about 10 electrum. is this normal? its kind of aggravating.

It shouldn't have been, but lately I've been noticing long stretches when gems don't drop as well as soft metals. Then after a while gems will start dropping decently again. I think some of the harvest tables are still a bit skewed.
