Fae Silvani Form

Does the Fae <a href="http://eq2.allakhazam.com/db/ability.html?eq2ability=3316" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Silvani Form </a>(wisp form) have any usefulness in PvP? Does the Arasai get a version of this? Is the Fae/Arasai's glide/safefall a boon or a detriment while PvP'ing? I heard they can be hit once with a ranged weapon and fall to their deaths. They also have a 5% in and out of combat movement trait correct? Is that insignificant or does it actually help in PvP?

It makes you hard to target if someone is trying to target you with the mouse, and gives you a movement boost out of combat. Its mainly for fun and to boost movement a little. If you are gliding from a height and you take damage you drop like a rock.</span>
