Lesser Noxious Potion for Seeking a Profression III

I don't have this potion when i go to the chemistry table, how do I then make it?  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks.

What level are you?  It may be in the NEXT recipe book, in which case make a recipe or two and you'll ding and you can scribe the book.

Im a level 5 artisan level, 14 level wizard.

Leser Noxious Remedy should be in the Artisan Essentials Volume 3 book.  Check you actually scribed it, it might be sitting in your bags somewhere.  If you can't find it, you can buy it from the NPC who sells recipe books.
