The answer is probably no, but it doesn't hurt to ask. I've been looking at the 3pp mounts and IMO a 32% speed increase isn't all that much. I'm a lvl 26 monk with 10% run speed increase so it's really only a 22% increase for me. Any increase is nice but I'm not sure 22% is worth 3p for me now.

I would imagine not since if you're running you're not on your horse and if you're on your horse, you're not running.

Just to be annoyingly mathematically correct, it's actually only a 20% increase in speed.

SC

Nope, mount speed and run speed buffs don't stack, so you will move at whichever is higher.

if you are a bard (example) with max run speed, buy the cheapest horse and you will still run the speed you was running to my knowledge

run speed always go for the highest value of any of your speed buffs/mount wiht ONE exeption waht i know of, J-Boots wich will add 10% to Speed buffs.. an example ot make it easy if you activate the following the result will be.... ....Scout pathfinding 14% (i think) ....= Speed 14% ....Pathfinding 14% ....Horse 32% ....= speed 32% ....Pathfinding 14% ....Wolf Totem 24% ....J-Boots +10% ....= 34% (j-boots always adds 10% to the other dominating buff) hope this makes sence..... Edited From Gatrm's comment about J-boots dont stack with mounts

Jboots stack with run speed buffs, but not with mounts.

I would suggest buying wolf totems from the broker or your neighborhood woodworker (minimum level to use is 30)- they give 24% and stack with jboots, but no other run speed buffs.

One other thing that stacks with all runspeed buffs is droag scale swill, which is a collection quest reward. I think you get a stack of 5, lasts for 4 hours or so. It's 40% on top of anything else.

Get bardspeed and that, and you're screaming across the countryside.
