<p>can anyone help me locate the name of the npc that lets you change your tradeskill...im lvl 10 outfitter i /petition it andthey said that there is a npc i can hail but they gave no name.. im exile and im sitting in Qeynos atm lookign for there guy</p><p>help me plz</p>

cant give you the name, but location and so it is in the harbour, close ot the docs itself. if you look around there you would see a statue of the queen, at her right side is there a prity large house, with a lady standing outside, i think her last name is ironforge or somthing liek that, shes the one... i think
