Will there ever be a expansion with a all water zone? like it would be all underwater and you would need the priest spells to breath and tinkering boots to walk?

Would love to see this.  But many don't.  I want a use for my Hadden's Earring darn it! Problem is underwater combat is buggy as heck.  Has been in both EQ games. A lot of people thought they could add some water zones if they ever did Odus.
