Necro vs Wizzi

<p>Which is more the solo monster?</p><p>I realise that the pets allow better survivability but with all the dot's a wizzi can get rid of the mob faster...</p><p>So which is better?</p>

Necromancer. Unless some odd change that I don't know about has occurred, we don't hold a candle to them in terms of soloing.  (anything that can't be soloed by anyone, that is) They have to put almost nothing on the line, and have a variety of options at the disposal if something "goes wrong" For us, if something goes wrong, it usually means it's evac or revive time. And remember for us DOTs can break root. "Every time the mob takes damage" is the terming.  If you're soloing anything substantial you're relying only on direct damage, stuns, or dots like Surging Tempest where you have time to cast inbetween hits.

Dont use DOTs line em up,root em,  blast em, root em , blast,  ad infinitum... anythings possible i dont have a necro but i did roll a conj (which have better tank pets) and solo'd to near 50, it was definetly easy with the conj, but its funner with the wiz so both rock

illy can solo better than a necro and a good wizzy can solo just about anything in the game as well.  We are talking about soloing the top mobs right, not just 20 lvl 65v at a time.
