Druid Rings

I am curious.. which zones have the druid rings that the portals go to, and how many rings are in each zone (if more than one)?

There are druid rings in Commanlands, Antonica, Greater Faydark, Steamfont, and Butcherblock. There is one ring in each of those zones.
