Scholar Question

Alright well this is a noob question sorry been off the game for over a year and just coming back. I was wondering if there is a person i can go (im level 10 scholar right now) and do work orders for much like i did for my artisan levels. If there is where would that be? I was working in the dark bargainers but the one there said i was not the right specialty. Anyone help me out here? Oh and almost forgot im on the freeport side.

<p>Crafting societies are no longer specialized like they used to be. They removed all but one in every district.  At level 20 though you can do the crafting writs, which do reward some money, xp and status.</p><p>A bit's changed.</p>
