Quests that shouldn't be skipped?

If one were to forgo questing in favor of solo/group grinding, are there any quests in general that have rewards (or story) that shouldn't be skipped?

HQ lvl 50 Journy is half the fun the "low level questline" in your city where you get around the zones, lern the game better, get many nice rewards for your level (in FP its those things are in graveyard, the spwral, sunken city and ends in the ruins) (in Qeynos its in Oakmyst woods, Peat bog, Forestruins and finaly in the caves) thats those who i would concider VERY needed, still, not a must. and im sure i have left 100 very good quests out here

if you have the adventure packs: splitpaw questline to get the spell and TS teleport shard

If you play a healer or other mana dependant quest, Stiletto's Orders is the HQ that gives you the mana stone.

Where's the Manastone HQ start out at?  I've been thinning out all my old (Grey) Access Quests and (Grey) HQ's lately.  Figured...why not add in another one since I'm almost 63rd.

For Manastone: Theres a ratonga named Stilletto roaming around the southwest part of Thundering Steppes, he drops "Stillettos Order" which start the HQ. You can also buy this drop on brokers.
