I stopped playing for a week only to come back to 70% double XP I was wondering how high this percentage climbs?

I assume your talking about Vitality. It can go up to 100%. But the 100% I don't believe is tied to level (ie 100% of a level) or anything. It is its own set amount (what 100% equals I don't know). I know at lvl 5 at 100% vitality it will last me till probably close to lvl 20. But at lvl 63 100% vitality may not last me the whole level.

Now however as you lvl past a certain point your Vit Pool increasses, I think the goal is to have 100% Vit = about 90% or so of a lvl. add to that the fact that you get 0.5% every Hour logged in or not that should carry you though most a lvl.

If using the default UI, at the end of your XP bar is a round icon, & immediately to the right of that is an arrow shaped icon. That arrow indicates that your vitality extends to the next level. When you are running close to the end of your vitality bonus a little blue arrow icon will appear above your xp bar to indicate at which point you will have used all of your vitality bonus.
