ninja nerf on 'vengeance's decree' ?

is this a bug or did they nerf that miracle on purpose? pre lu37 this was one of the miracles actually worth using was a 1-time death prevention running 1hr if not triggered earlier now they nerfed to duration=1min (!!!!) which makes it completely useless, like [Removed for Content]?

sounds more like a bug fix to me... all the miracles have always been 1 min duration and 1 hour recast while the blessings were 10 min duration

<p>I dunno dude  I think you were just greatly mistaken.   no death prevention spell or miracle had a 1 hour duration.  imo that's outrageous</p><p>I think you just mixed up the recast time with the duration</p>

The duration was 1 min when it first appeared. I've used it a couple times. You have to see the death coming in order to ensure that it won't be wasted. I'm not sure why the OP thinks that it was changed.
