Shared House Vault

My friend and I are not in the same guild but we are trustee's at each others' house.  We gift or trade items frequently and at this point have to be "toon-to-toon" or send items via the mail.  I am suggesting a vault in the house where we could place items that the other can pick-up when a visit is convenient.  Maybe this could be a built-in vault separate from the private house vault that has slots appropriate to the house size.  Possibly it can be a function of the carpentry trade-skill, crafting and selling a cabinet with however many slots reflect the skill level.  Half-a-silver to post adds up after a while <img src="/smilies/3b63d1616c5dfcf29f8a7a031aaa7cad.gif" border="0" alt="SMILEY" />

Just place the item in a Sales Display and put a very high price on it, one that no one sane person would pay but you wouldn't feel too bad if they did anyway. Your buddy can then enter your house at his convience and buy directly from the Sales Display -- bypassing the broker -- then you can give him his money back (if you're feeling nice).
