Respecs?

I'm wondering if there is a way to do this...forgive me, I've been over on WoW for a few months now and am just now coming back to EQ2... In WoW, you can visit a trainer to "unlearn" your skills so you can respec in case of an accident or you simply want to rebuild for a different roll. Is this possible in EQ2? I spent an AP on something, that in hindsight, I don't want after all. Thanks!

<p>Doh!  For as long as I've been playing, I've never used the respec and didn't know it reset your traits too.  Boy do I feel dumb!  Does it reset your M2 choices as well??</p>
