Ok so I want to know what the best Class choice for a Dark Elf with Dual Weilding? I do like stealth but it is not a priority. I just want the BEST class a Dark Elf needs to Dual Wield the most effective. (THOUGH i will NOT be a swashbuckler!) I do not care if i am good or evil, whatever i must be to be the best with dual swords (prefer Scimiae looks but does not HAVE to be those...)

Your choices are

All scouts (minus swashie apparently), restricted to slashing and piercing - all the stealth you need.

Warriors - no stealth, no restriction on weapon type

Brawlers - Essentially blunt weapons - some fists have alternate damage types, but are still fist covers. Monk has invis.

As to what is best - what for?

Soloing ease - imo - brawler, rogue, berserker. (predators) - all can solo, these I have had the easiest time with

Grouping - take your pick - most classes add something to a group and the group helps you as well.

If you plan to keep your dual wielding for all situations probably stick with a scout as a serker will be asked in groups to swap to weapon + shield usually.

If you want dual wield sword damage, assassin or brigand. Assassin does more stuff from stealth and focuses on pure damage output. Brigands have stealth too but their moves rely less on it, which can make them easier to solo. They do less damage but they have very powerful defensive debuffs. Rangers do damage and dual wield, but most of their damage comes from ranged attacks, so they'll have the bow out most of the time. Zerkers and Guardians can dual wield and do okay damage, but they're built for tanking. Dirge and troubador are the last two classes that can dual wield swords, and while they can put out okay melee DPS, most of their utility comes from buffs and they do songs and things which you might not be into.

I feel like its my obligation to tell you to try to be more original. If you aren't doing what I'm implying (Taking someone elses idea, which has been done thousands, literally, of times, and basically trying to emulate it... by the way "Drizzt" and most alterations are not allowed, as its copyright infringement.) then I apologize, but seriously.. I'm tired of all the drizzt clones and entreri clones and jarlaxle clones.. its annoying.

I'm really enjoying being a dirge but then again it's one of only a small handful of classes I've tried.

I've two dark elves, dirge and assassin, love them both. I find the dirge a bit easier to solo with, because the songs and arrow attacks are distance, so if I can't sneak up on a mob to do mass damage, I can pull from a distance and still do some good damage before the mob can get to me. But then, my dirge is lvl 67 and my assassin (new char) is lvl 14, so I don't know her full ability yet.

The only Dual Wield specialist I have tried is a Barbarian Berserker and I am having a blast with him, he takes on 4 or 5 at a time and destroys everything while taking very little damage. The only time he has died is when he ran into 5 casters of higher level, melee types rarely survive when multiple casters attack from a distance and from different directions. Dark Elves seem to function better when they are from the healing class that wears heavy armor, that could be just my play style though.

I'm assuming that if you want to dual-wield you really intend to be doing the most amount of damage in the shortest amount of time, and so there are really only three practical options. Assassin Brigand Berserker All of them can dish out the pain faster than their respective counterparts, and faster than most classes in general, and all of them have Achievement lines that focus on this aspect (the one that comes to mind especially is the Berserker's Slayer line, which is just sick, really). Of course, Assassins do nice damage, and so do Brigands. I find Brigands a bit easier to play since, in tight spaces, you don't need to be as concerned with positioning all the time.
