Changing TS class...is it possible?

You'll be reset to a level 9 artisan and will need to go speak to a crafting trainer to choose your new profession.

I was wondering if it would be in future plans to make it where, say you are a Weaponsmith and you want to change to a Tailor, you would be able to just go back to level 19 Outfitter instead of going all the way down to level 9 artisan? Like give a choice at the Counsellor to say go back to level 9 or 19 of the secondary class.

I am trying to find Jonak Harvester in W.F., but he isn't there.  I have looked in the Tradesfolk Coalition bldg, asked guards, et al, but can't find him.  Can you help????
