EverQuest II Players (Subscription Woes)

It's official.. I've lost my mind. After clicking links for what seems an eternity.. I found out that I can get premium access to EQ2Players for $2.99/month. I would be eternally grateful however if someone could tell me where to order the [Removed for Content] thing! Do they even offer this anymore? The Knowledge Base has been of absolutely no use so far either. I am about to ram my eye sockets into the corner of my desk.. please help. At your second link there (<a href="https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2/accounts/station/en/SubscriptionList.m" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2...scriptionList.m</a>) scroll down and click the Update Station Players premium features button. You should be able to purchase it there. Let me know if you have any problems.

I think I've figured out what the problem is, I cannot confirm though.. I do not see the option either of you have listed (Update Station Players Premium Features)... Then I realized. I am subscribed with a game card. That's the only thing I can think of.  Is there another way around this?

The same thing is happening with me, and I also use a service to pay for the game that isn't with a credit card, so maybe the option doesnt show up if you arent a card user I dunno. I sure would like to see the answer to this though because if needed I will use a card, I just didn't really care to at this point. I see the last reply to this was almost 2 weeks ago, has there been a resolution to this or no?

Seems the problem was indeed you need a credit card on the account.

Correct, the way it currently works is you must have a recurring billing method set up on your account. If you pay by game card you can attach a credit card to your account and only use it for the Players features and continue to use your game cards for the subscriptions part. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner!
