level 70 alchy quest A Bit of Fire, A Bit of Ice

i have a level 70 alchy and i went to get the quest A Bit of Fire, A Bit of Ice and as i am posting this i am standing at Alchemist Janicia and have the new quest window up with the reward Alchemist Disillations and can not accept the quest.

Check if your quest journal is full.

I am assuming your Alchemy level is 70, and not your Adventure level.  I did it just fine on a 11rander/70alchy, so check the journal and make sure it isnt full, then petition it for a fix.
