Ok I have a guild member who is in there 60's. I'm in my 30's. Now if this guild member comes to EL and has never done the quests there. We group they mentor me. We get the quest. We do the quests. We go to turn in and I get say 10% AA and 5% XP for completion. Will my guild member get the same when they turn it in while being a mentorer? I know they wont for actual mob killing. But anyone know? Kazzi

Yes, they should receive experience of both types as if they were the level they are mentored to.

Just to make sure I have this right. Asuming the figures above in the first post is what we get for XP. I'm 31 at 95% XP and 90% AA and my guildie is 67 95% XP and 90% AA and mentoring me. We turn in and we both ding and get a AA point. or close enough to the same AA and XP reward. Am I with you? Kazzi

Kazzi </blockquote> You both will get XP & AA XP, however, you both will not ding because the one mentoring will be earning 50% less xp (used to be 75% less), and the one being mentored will be earning 5% more XP because of the mentoring. AA xp is unaffected by mentoring, meaning, both will received the same amount of AA xp.
