Character Transfer service down?

<p>I'm unable to access the Character Transfer service, either from the Character Services link on the main page, or an embedded link from an older TSR post within the forums.  In both cases I get an error message.  Anyone from SOE have any update?  I felt this was the appropriate place for this question, as it's not an issue with a specific transfer, but rather not being able to access the service at all.  Thanks.</p><p>Edit:  Here is a link to the error message I get-</p><p><a href="https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2ctservice/TransferOrder.m" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">https://secure.station.sony.com/eq2...TransferOrder.m</a></p><p>I'd be interested to know if anyone else is having the same experience.</p>

Yes the site is currently down. It's being looked into as top priority right now.

Is this still not working for anyone?  I get to the end where I confirm my credit card number, then it brings me right back to main start for character transfer.  VERY FRUSTRATING! =(
