New recipe, sunken moonstone pool?

This was shown prior to release as having bubbles and steam.   I have put 2 in my house and they do not have bubbles and steam.  I'd like to know if this change was intentional or if there's an error in the graphic.  Thanks

Likely a settings issue. I bounce between two settings depending on lag or what I"m doing and they bubble and steam on my higher graphics setting but not my lower one.
