The Drawing Ray needs some work done to fix it!

The Drawing Ray that a person uses in The Caves, to draw a stone from the remains of a River Behemoth, is a bit hard to use. Even though it can be equipped as a Charm, you still have to Right-Click on it real fast, for it to work, and it doesn't always draw the stone from a River Behemoth's remains! Is there a way for it to be fixed, so that it always draws the stome from a River Behemoth's remains, as well as a better, faster way to use it, like enabling it to be used as a hotkey of some kind?

<p>If I remember correctly, you can drag the icon from your inventory screen to your hotbar and activate it from there.</p>

<p>Yeah, you can pull it to your hotbar.  Still, the OP has a point.  I'm trying to do that quest on my baby conjy, and I've killed dozens of the things, and have yet to get a single update.</p><p>Might be worth sending a bug report.</p>

The easiest way to do this quest is to drag the Drawing Ray to an open slot on your hotbar. After you kill one of the River Behemoths use the ray on the rock. Then right click the rock. If you ever get stuck on a quest that seems like it isn't working you may want to ask in the level channels for help so that you don't waste too much time or get frustrated. If there IS a bug of some kind in existence in the operation of The Drawing Ray, Didi and Calthene should fix it as soon as possible!
